At Owen Creation Design, each item is thoughtfully handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the handmade and often personalized nature of our products, we offer a limited return policy as follows:
📦 Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only if:
- The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The item is unused, in its original condition and packaging
- You contact us first to request a return authorization

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
❌ Non-returnable Items
Because our items are handmade, we do not accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized items
- Buyer’s remorse (change of mind)
- Sale or clearance items

🚚 Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels. If your return is approved, you will need to arrange and pay for return shipping using a carrier of your choice. Please make sure to keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund.
